Is there a free engine for realtors?

Hello. I am looking for a free or nulled engine for a real estate agency. One on which there will be just a database. That is, not a public page, but an internal system of realtors, where you could search for real estate in your database through various filters. Is there such a thing?

Anyone will do if you imagine that a real estate object is an entity such as an article and set up the necessary fields for it.
The issue is not with the engine. Do you understand both PHP and the database in order to configure everything and do a search?
