Is there a framework that allows you to execute js code?

Good afternoon.
I remember once I came across a framework that allowed me to "download" site pages and execute js code on them. Now I can’t remember the name, I can’t find the ends.
Does such an animal exist? or did I dream?

https://github.com/tmpvar/jsdom
also allows you to run scripts, according to the documentation. This functionality has not yet been tested.
