Is there a framework for the JVM that would allow writing desktop applications in the style of Vue.js?

I mean the implementation of MVVM as it is done in Vue. So that you can write an application for jvm, describing the model, display template and logic with reactivity and other pluses of Vue. Languages that allow you to do this seem to be available, Groovy for example?
