Good afternoon,
please help me find frameworks for developing applications (engineering "calculators" that could be done in Matkad or Excel, but I want stand-alone).
I want something like GameMaker Studio, but with a common programming language (java, c / c ++ or others), and not with GML . I
have experience developing games on frameworks (even selling flash drives to sponsors).

Yes, even Qt: a form with input fields and a change in any of the fields is tied to the recalculation of the result.
