Is there a flow of quotations on the St. Petersburg Oil Products Exchange?

They asked to evaluate a project related to the analysis of the oil products market. I see that spimex.com has reports in the form of excel files with the results of trading.
I would like to have access to the flow, as it happens, for example, in NYSE or FOREX. Is there such a thread on spimex? A cursory review shows as if not, maybe I'm looking for it wrong?

Usually it is all paid simply, just ask the exchange for a stream, they will tell you everything.
