Is there a dump/mirror of zend certification php questions (zend-php.appspot.com/questions_list)?

I'm preparing for ZCE certification, before there was a convenient dump of questions at: " zend-php.appspot.com/questions_list ", it is indicated in most articles on Habré. But now the resource seems to be closed. Does anyone have a dump or a link to a mirror? A google search turned up nothing.
