Is there a difference between coolers?

The laptop has a sunon MF60070V1-c180-S9A cooler. There was a need to replace, I found a suitable one on the Internet, ordered it. When the delivery came, it turned out that they sent another cooler, namely MF60090V1-c480-S99. They are absolutely identical in shape and size, but the very fact that the serials do not match strained me, I called the store to issue a return. They said that, they say, the infa that is indicated on the cooler is not its serial number, but the engine model and that the fan is the same, asked about the number of revolutions - they said that they are absolutely the same.
Googling a little, I only understood that they are not sold as one product and indicate them as accessories for different models of laptops, and mine needs just the one that I ordered, and not the one that was sent. So, are they really the same and give an equal number of revolutions and is it worth making a return?
