Debugging

Is there a developer panel for flash?

Chrome has a panel for debugging - viewing source codes, etc. It's all very convenient to use for debugging right in the browser. Is there something similar for Flash?

Well, as if there is a full-fledged debugger (depending on the ide, the method of use will differ) as in any other compiled language.
You can also try www.monsterdebugger.com

here you are both general and for browsers
if you write in flash pro CC, then it is built-in, if on FlashDevelop (FD), then download the general one and run it once, it will register itself and when you start debugging in FD it will start. Current if you move it to another folder (flash debugger), you need to run it again so that it enters a new address
