Hello.
I would like to have such an application that would work in the background, and when a word is selected, no matter where (in a Word, in a browser, in a text document, etc.), it would offer a translation of this word into Russian.
Does such an application exist?

GoldenDict can show a pop-up window with the translation of the selected word when you press a given keyboard shortcut
