Is there a decent Android library for screen recording?

In general, the task is to record the screen. On Android 4.4, such a feature is built in, but there is a stupid limit of 3 minutes. Plus 4.4+ - somehow too much. Can anyone tell me whether / the ability to record video from the screen at least for 4.1+ (4.0+ is ideal)? Or what can be done in this case? Interested in recording exactly everything that is on the screen, and not just your activity
