I feel like this question has been asked, but I couldn't find it.
In general, such Top Level books on Java are of interest, after mastering which a person can say that he is a professional.

Reading a book "about tasty and healthy food", but not practicing, you will not become a professional chef - although you can, on occasion, shine with culinary erudition.
Go to codeforces or whatever and practice.
