Is there a convenient color picker (pipette) for windows 10?

Recommend a normal pipette to a newbie, please! used to use pixie, now I can’t find anything suitable, the main criteria are:
1) to work in the background on top of other windows
2) constantly monitor colors
3) to have a hot key in order to instantly copy # colors without having to click on the eyedropper in the application window, transfer it to the desired area, and it was not necessary to click on the box with # colors to copy it.
Or maybe there are some alternative methods to read colors from anywhere?

The code worked on Win. Used ColorPix. A small one hangs in the tray, you need to choose a color, by clicking on the color you hit the space bar and that's it. If I'm not mistaken, then you can set it up and copy the color right away.

I use faststone capture, screenshots, eyedropper, video capture, screenshot editor
Very handy and small program, you can assign hotkeys for all actions
I have been using it for probably 5 years

There is an excellent utility called ColorGet. Does not require installation, download and use. Specifies the color on the screen (in any window). You can download it here: https://get-color.ru/
