Is there a community of novice programmers?

Good afternoon. Where can I find a group of beginner or "advanced" programmers, particularly in Python? Sometimes you want to share your implementation of a particular task, ask to evaluate the code, look at how other programmers write code, etc. Maybe even try to write one project together. Does such a community exist?

As correctly advised, stepic.org , if you want to solve exactly the problem that you set.
My advice, which I tried on my own experience: solve contests on different sites. It can be Codeforces , informatics , timus or something else, and at the same time communicate with stronger programmers. You should not focus on the code of other beginners, reach out to stronger ones, then you will have to develop faster. You can try to find a friend and a cool developer in one person at meetups and conferences or in the most ordinary group of developers (not beginners!) in the same VK. Most often it will be an active commentator.
Another interesting option: make it a rule to read the code on github at least once every couple of months, figure it out, try to contribute.

The ru.hexlet.io resource has a slack chat with a python section. According to my observations, both beginners and not so sit there.
