Is there a commercial image compression service or script like imagecompressor.com?

I went around a lot of services in 2-3 years and did not find one that could compress images as much as this one: imagecompressor.com
Even the commercial optipic.io service cannot compress images so much. Usually 20-30% of all other services compress worse than imagecompressor.
Is there a similarly powerful commercial analogue or script of any kind?
