Is there a command line command manager?
I use a large number of scripts to launch and perform various actions. Is there a program that can organize a lot of commands for the command line with a simple interface and quick launch, and a menu like in windows when you press win + x.

I can't guess what you use besides cmd.exe on a windows server, but if the server is with a GUI, then I can offer a good ConEmu program :

Screenshots alone are worth something.
However, if you think that you need to somehow work more conveniently with text, then from my own experience I can suggest you try a good clipboard manager - ditto : ditto-cp.sourceforge.net/. It remembers the entire history (usually all scripts/commands go through the clipboard) and can be searched by part of the code. For example, I do not remember from memory the command to start building some projects with maven and do this:
