Is there a CMS with a multi-level subdirectory?

There is a site on sites.google.com/site everything on it suits me except for subdirectories. It is not possible to make a heading - directory - subdirectory in this way.

Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem, maybe another template can be installed, maybe in the code where to fix it? or advise a very light CMS that can do this!
