Is there a cloud service (or software) for cataloging audio files?

Guys, maybe someone came across a service or software that would allow you to upload and catalog files according to a custom set of tags / features. When uploading, the file name should change (for example, to a string with tag codes, or to a hash), respectively, when receiving a file from the directory, a file with a changed name should be returned. Plus, files can be cut into pieces and tied to the main file.
Perhaps there are services that can be expanded with their own modifications?

I think just try to take a good cloud and get confused yourself, instead of Google drive, take a private one, like Xelent
