I am looking for a cloud server where my users can purchase some amount of memory for personal needs with the ability to get a direct link to the files. Basically there will be pictures and videos of large size.
Purpose: automatic issuance of disk space for the needs of users through the interface of my site.
The option of buying a certain volume for myself and selling it in parts is not very suitable, since it requires me to constantly monitor whether I myself am running out of volume.

AWS S3 - Infinite horizontal scaling and can withstand any load. But you will additionally need a CDN and automatic deployment . In the clouds without it nowhere
