Is there a "cloud" client for webdav?

That's what I mean.
The authorities decided to buy a "product" called Bitrix24.
She has a so-called. Bitrix disk. Works via webdav.
Wildly buggy, files are synchronized with frequency. Sometimes it just freezes, sometimes (for no apparent reason) it creates copies of files ..(1) ..(2)
Everything would be fine if the authorities did not use it :D
In this regard, the question:
Since it works via webdav, maybe Is there any normal client that could monitor files in a folder and upload (or download) them via webdav under Windows?
