Are there similar courses, "circles" for adults, where you can come after work and immerse yourself with your head? I understand that the option is to buy everything yourself and practice at home, but it seems to me that this is the same as "do you want to play football? buy a ball and kick it against the fence." However, the team has a different atmosphere.
