Is there a Chrome extension with a proxy that fine-tunes countries and sites?

Fine-tuning is needed, through which countries (proxy) to open which sites. To support URL masks and the like.
For example, I want music.yandex.ru to open through Russia (not available from abroad), and rutracker.org to open through some other country. And all other sites opened directly.
There was a Proxy for Chrome extension from the creators of Fri-gate that had this functionality, but it seems to have died.

So far I have only found https://browsec.com. Their Chrome extension lets you set up sites and countries (only one in the free plan).
