Is there a chrome extension to upload a picture to Google Photos from the internet?

Is there an extension that allows you to upload the selected image from the site to Google Photos and provides a link to public access to the photo?
Example: a photo of a check was sent to Vkontakte, right-click on the photo, select save to Google photo, the extension downloads the photo and allows you to copy the link to public access to this photo already from Google photos.
