Requires live chat for viewers on the side of the broadcast (as in webinars).
The site itself is made on Wordpress (Elementor)
Perhaps there is a ready-made solution?

If not, how to correctly describe the task from a technical point of view in order to find someone who can implement

and what's the problem to fasten "any"? you make a subsection, in its code you connect/initialize the chat (anything), correct the authorization and that's it.
