Are there any cloud solutions for online radio? What would the stream be able to handle 100 listeners online..?

Any more or less sane CDN works not only with static. CDN is simply a network infrastructure for optimizing the traffic path. All the same, with a greater degree of probability, you just have TCP or HTTP there.
