Is there a big difference between Laravel versions?

Hello. Is there a big difference between Laravel 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5? Installed 5.4, but for this version there are fewer video tutorials on YouTube. If I watch videos on 5.3 while working on 5.4, is it okay? Thanks in advance

Differences between versions are in the documentation https://laravel.com/docs/5.6/releases
You need to look at each version separately.
In general, the framework does not suddenly change with each release.
Where logic is the last 5.6.
Why start with a deliberately outdated base.
but for each version there is excellent documentation, even with a search, and even if something has changed, you can find it in two clicks.

There are no special changes, but Laravel 5.6 together with PHP 7.2 gives better results in terms of performance and load, and if my memory serves me, it is even about 2 times superior to the versions below

No, but it's better to put the last one.
