Is there a better way to recognize text than Tesseract and EasyOCR?

I need a simple script that defines the inscription on the photo.
Initially, I tried EasyOCR, which recognized text but did not do it with very great accuracy.
Then I tried Tesseract which made it even worse. Both of these modules parse the text, so to speak, "bluntly" without trying to see the words in it, as the google lens does, but if you recognize the text and then edit it with another tool, this can lead to a complete distortion of the word. I also noticed that the slightest slope of the text knocks EasyOCR, it changes the sequence of words, determining that they are on different lines, although the slope is not so significant.
