Is the VK voice message tied to the sender's page?

I uploaded a voice message via api, so as not to download it 100 times over again, I decided to pass the ID of its owner and the gs itself to the attachment parameter. From the page from which this gs was uploaded to VK, everything worked, when you try to transfer the owner's ID and gs from another page, an empty message is sent. Can this be bypassed somehow?
