There are several users on the site who are marked as one in the metric webvisor (by visit number). How true is the statement that this is the same person?

There are no exact indicators in Metrica.
For example, I went to your site, cleared my cookies and went again. I am one person, but Metrica will show you that 2 uniques have entered.
