I launched the Bitrix script to check the server configuration, there is an item:
Web server version: I have "nginx 1.10.3"
Requires Apache 1.3.0 and higher or IIS 5.0 and higher
i.e. I don't get what I need?

There is a bitrix_server_test.php script that can show what is missing. Theoretically, with failed tests, bitrix can start, but not the fact that everything will work as it should.
Also, at one of the stages of bitrix deployment, a similar check is performed using bitrixsetup.php .
You can also google launch options for nginx + php-fpm without apache at all.
Here you need to understand what product you are launching - B24 requirements are tougher than those of Bitrix: Site management, even with the recommended config there are problems; whether a "composite site" will be used (there are several specific settings for it), etc.
