Hello, the provider blocks access to the site, although vpn is used, I tried other servers - the site opens. What could be the reason?

Firstly, DNS servers may remain provider-owned. And, accordingly, resolve to the stub. Then you need to change them. The DNS query could be cached, then you need to clear the DNS cache. Well, VPN is not located in Russia by any chance?
