Is the physical machine "in virtualbox" protected from the virtual one?

If you put a virtualbox and run a virus program in it, the virus will not spread to the physical machine?
Worth win7, disk type VDI.
If not, what type of disk should I choose?
Or maybe there is a better software?
Thanks:.)

It can spread if Windows has vulnerabilities that allow it to be infected over the network (however, the mechanism will not differ from the fact that you connect an infected laptop to your home network, and it will infect all other machines - it's not about virtualization).
Isolate the machine on the network and on the disks - then nothing will spread. Just update vbox on time.

Who can automatically detect the file activity inherent in the ransomware virus?

Нет, не должен. Теоретически уязвимость у виртуальных машин может быть, но вероятность того, что вирус умеет ей пользоваться - слишком низка, чтобы об этом сейчас задумываться.
Главное диски реальной машины не мапьте.

A virus can spread through a virtual machine. But this is unlikely. Very unlikely.
As a rule, viruses are not designed for this, virtual machines are comparatively rare. And to embed the border crossing code into the virus is a small exhaust.

Recently, vulnerabilities were found in VirtualBox, due to which a virus could move from a virtual machine to a real machine. Also with admin rights. But these are errors and holes. And in theory it shouldn't.
To reduce the risks, it is better not to add a network controller on the virtual machine, do not create folders shared with the host and do not allow data to be transferred between the host and the virtual machine through the clipboard. These are the most obvious ways a virus can try to infect a host.

I did almost everything that was advised before the question, but maybe I missed something "here are the screenshots of the settings"
Physical machine on win 10, virtual on 7.1.
In theory, the machine max. isolated as possible? Are there any other ways?
At the time of launch, I'll get lan from physical. cars, that would be for sure)
will soon note the solutions, thanks!
