We need the original picture, not something damaged by a jeep.
In the time that has passed since the disaster, you can draw anything. If the special services were drawn for a federal TV channel, then the reliability can be very high. Overlaying objects (airplanes, rockets, clouds) on the finished image is not so difficult.
To tell whether it is original or not, you need to know the shape and location of the clouds and the state of the terrain under them. And for this we need pictures of the area taken before and after the disaster.
I doubt that "internet experts" will help you get the right answer.
