Is the hard drive suitable for 4K video?

Choosing a hard drive for a TV with a USB3.0 port
A little confused in the tests:
Hitachi test (HGST) Travelstar Z5K1:

Is it fast enough?
If my memory serves me right, then I read somewhere that for 4K playback you need a speed of at least 20 Mbit / s, i.e. approximately 2.5Mb/s.
As an alternative, I saw a Goldenfir SSD at 256Gb (+ I’m considering using it as a bootable media)

I’m not going to store a collection of films - I looked and wiped it (I understand that this way the SSD will die faster than the disk, but if you remember that it will be used as an external drive, then here, as they say, "grandmother wondered in two").

Any will do, the speed is definitely enough.

The system needs to be uniquely on an SSD, only you need to choose from well-known companies, and it’s better not to buy a non-name like the one you indicated.
