Which forum engine to choose for communication between neighbors in a big house?
The audience is very different with different levels - but most importantly - 90% use naturally mobile phones .
Chats in the messenger are like a complete dump where nothing can be found and understood.

Is there some kind of forum engine - to make it convenient to use it on mobile phones - i.e. to have a mobile app for iOS/Android?

Applications are developed individually, there is no such thing as a CMS and an application at once. Just choose an engine with an adaptive template.

why would anyone use some kind of forum at all if you can create a group in a cart or Facebook
What the hell is a different question for the neighbors - I don’t communicate except hello even with the neighbors on the forest site - what do I communicate with them about?
