Is the entire commission visible when transferring from a Sberbank card to YaDengi?
One of the ways to receive money in my project is a transfer to the Yandex.money account.
Some clients pay through Sberbank.
Of these, some print out a receipt and pay through an operator, some through Sberbank.online from their credit card, and some through an ATM from their credit card.
If you pay through a receipt and an operator, the money comes in full and the entire commission for the transfer can be seen immediately.
But when people make a payment from their bank card, problems begin - 1.5% are constantly underpaid. That is, 1.5% less than sent to the YaDeneg account.
I don't have a Sberbank card, I can't check. If someone made payments from a card to YaDengi, tell me - is it really nowhere to see these 1.5% when paying? Not in an online account, not in an ATM?

In the online account,
under the amount field, it says:
Attention! For this operation, a commission is charged from the payment amount.
The commission is then reported before the payment.
AMOUNT OF OPERATION: 100.00 RUB
COMMISSION: 1.50 RUB
It is necessary to write off the commission from the account, and not subtract from the amount of the operation.
So there would be no misunderstanding.
