Is the capacitor leaking?

Hello, I bought a second-hand motherboard for 290 rubles, but I see this picture: 6139c7d953771230320909.pngDoes it seem to be leaking?

As a result, it turned out to be broken and there was a short circuit in almost all capacitors.

unlikely, because, judging by the photo, the aluminum cup is intact and not even swollen.
Moisture has got into the dust.

Replace it, it's easy and inexpensive. Take the same voltage (or higher) and the same capacity (or higher). The main thing is that it fits in size.
And if it's Asus - they have a joke - the mask is marked with a bright area plus, and not a minus, like everyone else. Re-plused electrolytes are a lot of fun to explode, we even used it to make the tank model "shoot"

most likely it is in the process of failure, but the fact that it is not swollen indicates that it is still normal .. but I would not take such a motherboard, look at the rest of the conders, if there are swollen or similar to this one - return

If not swollen, then probably just dirt.
But it's wiser to turn it on and check if it works - then don't care.
