Is the app for smartphone and TSD compatible?

Theoretical question. There is an application for a smartphone that scans a barcode and then interacts with the server via API. Everything is clear here. But I thought, how will this application behave on TSD?

I didn’t come across TSD at all, so here too) Based on the results of googling, I roughly realized that in fact this is the same smartphone on Android (and gradually dying out Windows).

Are there any fundamental differences? The application is currently written in Vue Native.
