Is taxonomy of the living world a good analogy for OOP?

Am I wrong if I say that the OOP is similar to the system of taxa in the taxonomy of living organisms in biology? That is, if there is a kingdom (as a class in OOP), all its representatives (objects / instances) are collected in this living kingdom according to the properties that they all have the same. There are types in a realm (that is, as "subclasses" descending from a parent class). Accordingly, representatives of types have all the same properties as representatives of the kingdom, and so on. I know, a bit of a strange question, but suddenly someone came up with a similar thought.

Not for OOP, but only for inheritance.
Polymorphism just in the living world is not very applicable
