Is such a data collector possible on the site?
Hello.
I would like to understand whether such a data collector is theoretically possible:
1. In a pop-up window, it is proposed to fill in some data, incl. email
2. The specified data is sent to our mail, we extract it for third-party mailing services
3. The client also receives a letter indicating that he is subscribed to the mailing list
4. If the person no longer wants to receive the mailing list, then the letter from paragraph 2 needs the "unsubscribe" button, through which we will receive a return letter, saying that the client no longer wants advertising, and we ourselves delete his mail from our database.
Or other options where data collection is implemented through the feedback form and further work with this data for mailing.
So far, it is not very clear how to fully implement this option without touching the site database.

It is done very easily and simply. Frontend + backend and you're done. if you know how to program, then it is quite possible. On freelance, you can order this for three kopecks.
The easiest way is to send data directly from the popup form directly to the mailing service. All normal mailing services have an API and documentation describing methods, and some mailing services have popup generators. The advantage of this method is that you can set up any series of letters in the mailing service that is sent immediately after subscription (that is, sending data from the form to the service), including a letter with a large "unsubscribe" button. Plus, you can then use the API to take subscribers' data to other systems, for example, to CRM.
Or you can do the opposite - first send data from the form on the site to CRM, and then from CRM to the API mailing service.
If you go for the first option, I recommend the mailganer service, it has a built-in popup generator with flexible settings for displaying the form to site visitors. All data from the form is immediately sent to the list of subscribers, you can set up automatic sending of a letter after subscription.
