Can you please tell me if Sublime Text 3 is suitable for Ruby on Rails?
If so, what are the best plugins to use to work with it comfortably?

I've been using it for a long time and I'm happy. My list of main plugins:
1. BeautifyRuby ;
2. Better CoffeeScript ;
3. BracketHighlighter ;
4. Case Conversion ;
5. Rails Migrations List ;
6. SublimeGit ;
7. Ruby Hash Converter (although I installed it from the git, it didn't work in ST3);
8. SublimeERB .
But the most frequently used feature is, of course, ctrl+p.
