Is stealing screenshots from someone else's website punishable?

Theft of other people's photos is understandable. But what about screenshots? If I am writing an article, for example, about restoring the system in Windows XP and I need screenshots, but I found them in Google search results, and they are from some site. Is this somehow punished by law and, more interestingly, by search engines? =)

10tr (this is the minimum amount) for each screenshot will be able to remove for sure.
There is a lot of judicial practice on this topic, all sorts of Varlamovs and Lebedevs write about it.

Take screenshots yourself. What could be easier?
You are writing an article - so please use your material.
Otherwise, your article is worthless.

If a screenshot has a label with the name of a site or any other indication that it was downloaded from another site, then it is considered their intellectual property (although it will not be easy to hold you accountable even with our legislation). If there are no signs, then it will not work to prove that you did not take the screenshot and, accordingly, we can assume that they are yours.
