Is SQL Developer handy for Oracle RDBMS administration?

The user experience is interesting, for which it is convenient to use. I would be grateful for a link to the article both in Russian and in English. Why do you need SQL Developer? What do I want to use it for? For creating users and tablespaces, creating export/import jobs, copying a database, exporting/importing database objects.

SQL Developer is very easy to administer.
It has VIEW - DBA tools.
And a bunch of important reports (for example, AWR report)
