Is Shopify okay with registering multiple accounts?

Hello. There is a whole section on UpWork where there is a lot of work on the Shopify section, I decided to fill this niche. But I have a problem, I need to study, and the free period is only for 14 days, I think that this is not enough for me.
Therefore, the question arose: "How not to pay and constantly learn to create online stores on Shopify." The most commonplace option is to register multiple accounts. But in such corporations, not only cookies are tracked, but also electronic fingerprints (the latter are very difficult to bypass).
A sharp question arose: "IF AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD YOU DO NOT PAY BUT REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT, WILL SHOPIFY REQUIRE A PAYMENT OF $29 IF THEY KNOW THAT YOU HAVE ABUSED THE FREE PERIOD?"
In other words, is Shopify okay with people who are constantly signing up for new accounts for a trial period?
Sorry for the tags, it's just that "Toaster" doesn't have a tag like Shopify

Multi-accounting is against the rules. If you really need to create multiple accounts, remember to use a different IP address for each of them. In this scenario, I recommend using adspower+proxy
