Is self-education possible?

Are there any of you who learned c++ without the help of tutors and teachers? I'm currently learning C++ and it's quite difficult, there are rumors that without a mentor, learning just from books and YouTube videos is not realistic.

A recurring question.
A normal education will allow you to get basic skills as efficiently as possible, but self-education is necessary to deepen these skills.
If the university is bad (for example, CIS universities, except for a couple of top Moscow / St. Petersburg ones), then self-education is the only option for basic skills.
As for a personal mentor, it is extremely unprofitable economically. Courses are already profitable, but you need to find worthwhile ones.

I learned all languages without any courses and teachers. The only way to learn a language is to write a real project in it. Find an open source project on github or come up with your own and write. Even if you don't complete it, learn the language.

Yes it is possible.
I studied C++ and software development in general on my own. The first plus book I had was this one: https://www.amazon.com/Professional-C-Nicholas-Sol... . Pretty good book, not only about the language, but about related fields like design, for example. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it to beginners.
Well, to master software development on your own, you need strong motivation and a lot of time. YaP itself, by the way, is only a little. You need knowledge about design, PC architecture, algorithms and data structures, testing and debugging, recfatoring, and more. I have listed very little, but you will have to study all this on your own.
