Is Ruby suitable for front-end development??
What can I do with this language?? Will it be suitable as the first programming language that I will learn?? I was just told that it is for the backend. Are there examples of what can be done in this language ??

For the first language, you can take any, the main thing is to delve into the basics of OOP. If you learn one PL then it will be easier further.
But still, if it is a front-end task, then I think javascript will be more useful for you. Ruby, like PHP, is more likely to work in the backend.
Ruby in the context of the web generally makes sense only in conjunction with ruby on rails or a similar framework. But the language is unrealistically cool, worth learning just for that alone. But, if you definitely need a frontend, without a backend, then ruby does not make sense at all, on the front the only programming language is js.
