Is QwebEngineprocess.exe missing when building the application?

After compiling the .py file to .exe via pyinstaller .
I call my function opening QWebBrowserView. And in the console of the cathedral application pops up messages that the specified module cannot be found.

Google gave a hint that this problem was noticed back in March, but I don’t understand how to fix it and generally fixed it or not.
and if I run an uncompiled file on Pycharm, everything works fine.
is there any possibility to solve this problem?
