Is PyCharm Community good for learning the basics of neural networks?

I know that the IDE has nothing to do with it at all. The issue is convenience.
I don't know, neither python (basics only) nor ns.
But there was a desire for myself to understand how neural networks work and so on.
Started with IDE. The PyCharm site says "For professional Web and Scientific development see PyCharm Professional Edition.". So there will be some inconvenience in the free version?

The entire DS community uses jupyter-notebook for these purposes, put anaconda first, and you will always have time to return to the question of the IDE.
