Actually. There is a need to automate the installation of several CMS (Drupal, Joomla, WP). Is it possible to do this with puppet, or using other control systems?

Fits perfectly. Puma Thailand 's comment above about declarativeness is appropriate in some cases, but I don't think your task will be difficult.
