Is phpmyadmin slow with InnoDB?
In phpmyadmin I click the table overview (1 million records) then I click the ">>" icon to go to the last record, it thinks for more than a minute if the InnoDB table and at the end goes, with myisam the transition on the same button is instant.
What's the problem, are my settings wrong?

InnoDB is designed for relational relationships between tables (primary / foreign keys), works much slower than MyISAM for this very reason. Certainly noticeable with so much data.
