Is nginx-rtmp-module rewindable?

Hello.
There was a need to play video on the site, for some reason we decided to choose streaming for these purposes and the mp4 format.
Only one question remained unclear: is it possible to rewind the video in the player back and forth, if the playback is organized in this way?
On the site ntvplus.ru, you can rewind both live and vod, but, as far as I know, they use solutions from Adobe.
Is it possible to make similar functionality using the above module?

It is possible for vod for sure, only if it was recorded by this module itself in the flv format, then first you will need to sew meta-information into the video using yamdi.sourceforge.net for example.
